Lately I have been wondering what happens to all the stock that we don't sell on a matchday?
Some people have said the club just 'disposes' of them, some say they are put in the club shop (although I havent seen them in there!) and others say they are given away.
Anyway, I have decided to email Everton to find out exactly what they do with the unsold stock.
I will enclose the email once I have sent it.

Here is the email I sent:
To whom it may concern,
I am writing in regards to stock of the official Everton programme sold in and around the ground on matchdays.
I am curious as to what happens to the unsold stock of the official programme after a matchday?
Are these disposed off or is there any way of buying 'old stock' or purchasing individual programmes from the past few years?
I would be very grateful if you could help me out with this query.
Regards Mark

I wonder how far back the company that produces the programme can get a back issue for.
